Falck Rocky Mountain in Aurora, CO is seeking a qualified EMS educator to support the Clinical Education Department. The role offers pay of $29.00 - $32.00 per hour (DOE) plus a monthly stipend of $350.
Responsibilities include improving training/QA/QI programs, delivering classroom instruction, and guiding field staff through evaluations and remediation. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of busy 911 system experience, current required certifications, and strong communication

Education/Licensing/Certification:
Current on all county and company required certifications and licensures
Minimum of six-months experience in a busy 911 system.

Frequently: Ability to lift, carry, and balance 110 pounds; ability to exert on a regular basis 50 pounds of force and at times up to 100 pounds.
Constantly:Ability to bend and stoop, ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, possess hand-eye-foot coordination and color recognition, good manual dexterity, with the ability to perform all tasks related to Emergency Medical Services Duty.
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, proficient understanding of Falck’s Policies and Procedures, various electronic record and or data tracking software as well as knowledge of Aurora geography.
