A valid Illinois paramedic license and a U.S. driver's license are required, with evaluation based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• A current, valid, State of Illinois certification as a licensed Paramedic/EMT-P.
• A current, valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Responds to calls for emergency medical assistance to provide pre-hospital care.
• Treats sick and injured persons at scenes by assessing injury and following protocols.
• Uses medical equipment, administers medications, applies cardiac monitors, and performs ALS procedures.
