You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
About the role:
The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment and follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs while providing center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $26.15 - $35.96
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on various factors, including qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education attained, certifications, or other professional licenses held, and location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive up to 80 hours of sick time and new hires can accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
