Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Illinois Paramedic license in good standing.
• Pass a hospital drug test as required.
• Immunization records per hospital regulations.
• IDPH EMT-P Lead Instructor Certification preferred.
• Associates degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years teaching at the college level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and assess student learning in assigned courses.
• Model professionalism and strong communication with learners.
• Instruct in lecture, skills, or clinicals per IDPH guidelines at Geneva, IL.
• Schedule and manage students' clinical rotations when needed.
• Prepare syllabi and align instruction with course outlines.
