South Shore Health & Educational Corporation is seeking experienced paramedics to provide Mobile Integrated Health and pre-hospital care. The role involves responding to EMS requests, performing ALS-level care, and coordinating on-scene operations in collaboration with fire, police, and regional medical control.

Responsibilities include documentation, hospital-based support, remote patient monitoring, and participation in Hospital at Home initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• EMT-P certification with active status.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• PALS and NRP certifications are preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EHR is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to paramedic service requests quickly and safely.
• Complete run documentation and patient charges per policy.
• Ensure vehicle and equipment readiness for response.
• Provide pre-hospital care at the paramedic level per protocols.
• Assist in ED under physician supervision.
• Lead on-scene management and coordinate EMS personnel.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and supplies.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and certifications.
• Represent SSHS in community EMS activities.
• Collaborate on Hospital at Home initiatives and education.
• Maintain competency in I Stat/vascular access.
• Participate in team huddles and ongoing training.
• Support remote patient monitoring setup and troubleshooting.
• Provide family education in Hospital at Home settings.
