Job summary

AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, Florida is seeking a licensed Paramedic to provide advanced pre-hospital and in-hospital patient care during Day shifts for a Fri-Sun schedule. You will assist ED staff, perform ECG monitoring, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation.

Required licensure (PARA, BLS, ACLS) and a high school diploma with 1+ paramedic experience preferred. The role offers competitive pay and Florida background screening compliance.

Qualifications

• Basic arrhythmia interpretation is required.
• Advanced ECG interpretation is preferred.
• Computer knowledge and skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate positive pressure ventilation devices and monitor cardiac telemetry.
• Assist ED with patient transport and pre/post-procedural prep.
• Administer medications via IV and manage sterile technique.
