• Follow established protocols for medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document patient-related tasks accurately and timely.
• Support staff and adhere to EMTALA regulations and hospital policies.
• Adapt communication and approach to diverse patient populations.
• Perform duties as assigned and participate in competency assessments.
