Jan-Care Ambulance, Inc. seeks a dedicated Paramedic to provide safe, compassionate patient transport and in-field medical care. You will perform assessments, administer life-saving interventions, and document care according to WV OEMS protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have EMT-Paramedic (EMT-P) licensure with WV OEMS.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ACLS, PHTLS, and PALS certifications preferred.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state EMS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate ambulance transport and out-of-hospital care.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency EMS calls in WV.
• Comply with state OEMS protocols and medical command.
• Perform patient assessment, basic life support, and documentation.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle readiness, and station duties.
• Participate in community events and after-hours standby as required.
