Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Paramedic Nurse Extender to support clinical teams under supervision. You will facilitate age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care and educate patients and families while maintaining a safe environment.

You will participate in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, with emphasis on advocacy, teaching, and performance improvement. Prior Paramedic experience is preferred and licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as a Paramedic preferred.
• Current Paramedic license in GA and National Registry preferred.

The Paramedic participates in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the delivery of health care services and task.
