Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed EMT-Paramedic; currently registered with Texas Department of State Health Services.
• Texas Driver's License.
• Healthcare BLS; American Heart Association.
• ACLS; American Heart Association.
• PALS; American Heart Association.
• One (1) Year Work Experience as a Certified or Licensed Paramedic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate immediate transport responses and ensure safe on-ground transfers between facilities.
• Assess, monitor, intervene, stabilize, and disposition patients during transport under EMS medical director guidelines.
• Facilitate team huddles and debriefings; contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient-centered, culturally-competent care aligned with EMS accreditation standards and organizational policies.
