Job summary
Paycom - ATS is seeking a Paramedic in Cadillac, MI to provide advanced life support and pre-hospital care for emergency patients. The role requires MI Paramedic licensure, a valid driver’s license, and current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR.
You will respond to scenes, stabilize patients, and communicate with hospital teams. Applicants must obtain trauma, pediatric, ACLS, EMS Safety, and NIMS certifications within six months, and operate EMS equipment, complete records, and ensure vehicle
Qualifications
- Licensed Michigan paramedic required.
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR from American Heart Association.
- Trauma cert (PHTLS/ITLS) within 6 months of employment.
- ACLS provider certification within 6 months.
- Pediatrics cert (PEPP/PEARS/PALS) within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Conserve life and alleviate suffering during emergencies.
- Provide advanced pre-hospital care per protocols.
- Drive and operate ambulance safely to destinations.
- Maintain and stock EMS equipment and vehicles.
- Communicate with medical controls and hospital staff.
- Document patient care accurately for records and diagnostics.
