Global Medical Response is hiring a Paramedic Basic for a full-time on-site role in Florida. The position focuses on delivering advanced patient care and leading EMS teams at the scene. You will work with a dedicated professional crew to ensure high-quality service.

Starting hourly rate is $25.32, DOE, with potential for growth as skills and experience increase. Ideal candidates hold a State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic, and a valid driver’s license, plus a clean driving record

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• State Paramedic License is required.
• State Driver’s License is required.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications.
• Driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation and determine the best course of action.
• Operate paramedic equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, IV fluids.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.

Hourly rates starting at $25.32 + DOE

We’re hiring Paramedics that are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and basic, as well as advanced patient care to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

MinimumRequiredQualifications:
