Job summary

Campbell County Health in Gillette, WY, seeks a Paramedic to work with the EMS Medical Director and EMS Manager, delivering emergency care in pre-hospital settings and during transport to facilities. Provides advanced life support, collaborates with MD and RN, and supports other departments as needed.

The role requires a Wyoming paramedic license (National Registry preferred) and completion of an accredited paramedic program. Prior EMT experience and ongoing education are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires Wyoming paramedic license; National Registry preferred.
• Completion of accredited paramedic education program.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical and trauma patient assessments and establish care priorities.
• Collaborate with EMS staff to ensure care during pre-hospital transport.
• Document assessments and treatments using the WATRS system as required by Wyoming law.
• Provide emergency advanced life support and administer oxygen when needed.
• Maintain ambulances and station readiness for service.
