Job summary

Star Valley Health in Afton, WY seeks a Paramedic to provide advanced pre-hospital care, respond to emergency calls, transport patients, and support the EMS team. The role requires active Wyoming Paramedic license and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

You will work under EMS Captain, maintain equipment, complete timely documentation, and participate in ongoing trainings while upholding Star Valley Health's mission.

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming Paramedic License.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ICS100/200/700/800 certifications required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate care.
• Transport patients to medical facilities as needed.
• Perform basic and advanced life support within scope.
• Coordinate with EMS Captain and training coordinator.
• Restock, clean equipment, and maintain ambulance readiness.
• Document care using WATRS reports within 2 hours.
• Attend required trainings and minimum shift requirements.
• Ensure safe scene management and proper landing zone when applicable.
