Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; EMT and EMT-P course completed; college hours preferred.
• Current Missouri paramedic license required; quarterly competencies must be completed.
• Proficient English communication for verbal and written tasks; ability to follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced pre-hospital care and act as medical team lead with EMT partners.
• Engage in non-emergency assessment and inter-facility transports as needed.
• Maintain station, ambulance, and equipment in professional condition; report safety issues promptly.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to District policies, guidelines, and procedures.
