Job summary

MMT Ambulance is seeking a dedicated Paramedic to join our EMS team in Missouri for ambulance transports and direct patient care. You will perform basic and advanced life support, operate emergency vehicles, and ensure equipment readiness with meticulous charting and professional teamwork.

Responsibilities include applying EMS procedures, maintaining safety, documenting care accurately, and supporting dispatch communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current Paramedic certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic and advanced life support within the Paramedic scope.
• Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in line with laws.
• Deliver competent patient care in diverse settings.
• Apply EMS procedures in practical situations.
• Interact professionally with healthcare personnel.
• Document information accurately in our charting system.
• Assist fellow EMS providers and provide comprehensive reports.
• Maintain equipment, ensure cleanliness, restock supplies.
• Adhere to company and local agency policies and protocols.
• Demonstrate a clean appearance and professional behavior.
• Maintain clear communications with the Dispatch Center.
• Administer first aid to coworkers when necessary if required.
