Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health of Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Paramedic (EMT-P) to provide advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead assessments, perform interventions, interpret EKGs, and ensure safe transport under Medical Director protocols.

The role requires strong clinical skills, leadership, and composure in high-stress environments, with regular interaction with multiple public safety agencies and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified as a paramedic in the State of Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• PHTLS or ITLS certification.
• Valid Texas drivers license and insurability.
• Read, write and interpret English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24 hours per day and drives emergency vehicles.
• Provides direct patient care per Medical Directors authorization and protocols.
• Maintains vehicles and equipment in a constant state of readiness.
• Completes patient care reports and billing information in a timely manner.
• Interacts with Police, Fire and First Responder organizations and ensures safety during transport.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and NEOP process before staffing a truck.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
