Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Advanced certifications: AMLeS/Life Support equivalents (AMLS, PHTLS, ATLS).
• Proficiency with EMS documentation systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and deliver ACLS interventions according to AmeriPro protocols.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete all patient care reports accurately and promptly.
• Operate ambulance safely and adhere to driving standards and safety guidelines.
• Ensure ambulance and supplies are ready through routine checks and restocking.
• Communicate with dispatch, partner agencies, and receiving facilities.
• Support EMT partners with teamwork and clear direction.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement efforts.
