Job summary

Ambulnz by DocGo is seeking a Paramedic to provide high‑quality emergency medical transport and on‑scene care in Ridgewood, NY. This role supports 24/7 operations with flexible 10–12 hour shifts and a 36–40 hour work week; full‑time and part‑time openings are available.

You will stay current with standards, maintain licenses, drive safely, and coordinate with dispatch and hospital staff. The position offers benefits including 401K, health coverage, paid time off, and a $2 differential for

Qualifications

• Paramedic license valid in NY and NYC REMAC certification.
• Active NYS driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year full‑time EMT or equivalent experience.
• Able to lift, push and pull 125 lbs or more.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EMS team and management to ensure top tier patient care.
• Operate within a 24‑hour schedule; shifts may vary based on patient need.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications, licenses and state protocols.
• Provide courteous, professional care to patients, co‑workers and the public.
• Deliver medical transport to facilities following established policies.
