Job summary

Ambulnz NY, LLC is hiring a Paramedic in Ridgewood, NY to deliver high-quality emergency medical transport and care. The role requires NYS Paramedic License, NYC REMAC certification, and a valid NYS driver’s license.

You will respond to calls, provide advanced life support, and document care and transport details in a fast-paced environment. Shift schedules include 10-12 hour shifts with full-time hours, occasional weekend work, and a $35–$37 per hour rate.

Qualifications

  • Paramedic licensure required in NYS.
  • NYC REMAC certification required.
  • Current NYS driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA) certification.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with EMS professionals and management to assure top-tier patient care.
  • Operate and drive ambulance safely; follow state/counties protocols.
  • Gather billing information and complete pre-hospital care reports.
  • Transport patients to medical facilities per policies and procedures.
  • Maintain rig cleanliness and restock as needed.
  • Be adaptable to a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends.
