Organization: LifeFlight Wilson Ground

Job Summary: Independently assesses, activates patient care protocols, and provides care within the Tennessee paramedic scope and Vanderbilt guidelines. Responsible for triage, transport, and effective communication for safe, quality patient care.

Department: LifeFlight Ground EMS, started in 2011, now with 21 ALS ambulances across Middle Tennessee. Focus on interfacility transfers, discharges, and support for Vanderbilt and non-Vanderbilt facilities.

Shifts: Variable 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays:

• 6a-6p
• 7a-7p
• Noon-midnight
• 6p-6a
• 7p-7a

Full-time (36 hrs/week) with overtime and shift differentials.

Sign-On Bonus: Not for current or recent VUMC staff. Available only for full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in team-based patient care
• Transport patients and manage ALS/Critical Care needs
