Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and completion of an accredited Paramedic program.
• Current Paramedic CT license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to think and act calmly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations and provide advanced medical care to treat, stabilize and prepare patients for transport, using ventilators and defibrillators when needed.
• Communicate clearly with patients, family members, colleagues on-site and with medical staff at healthcare facilities.
• Write and submit accurate incident and patient reports.
