Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking Paramedics in Kansas for both part-time and full-time roles, offering a competitive annual salary of $52,990 to $62,500 depending on experience. The position focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality emergency medical care and leading on-scene operations.

Responsibilities include on-call assessment, Advanced life support, and coordination with medical and public safety teams. Completion of required certifications is expected within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Pass Physical Agility Test (PAT).
• Kansas Paramedic certification or eligible for Kansas Paramedic certification.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• BLS and ACLS (provided if not already certified).
• PALS and NALS required within 6 months of hire (provided if not already certified).

• Use Paramedic skills on medical equipment (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction) to provide advanced care.

• Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and fellow Paramedics.

PARAMEDIC

We're hiring Paramedics who are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and advanced patient care to our customers.

Part-Time or Full-Time available.

Responsibilities:

• Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

MinimumRequired Qualifications:
