AMR is seeking Paramedics for a full-time role in Tennessee. The position offers hourly compensation with DOE and requires state paramedic licensure, BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic, and a valid driver’s license.

Candidates should be prepared to respond to 911 calls, provide advanced medical care, and lead on-scene management while collaborating with public safety personnel and healthcare teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Paramedic License and valid Driver’s License required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certifications preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass physical agility test.
• Some healthcare work experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess each call situation to determine best course of action using Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize Paramedic skills with defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, IV for advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and safety personnel and fellow Paramedics.

• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
• Act asParamedicteam leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner withall alliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community programs tomaintainAMR image andestablishstrong community relations.

MinimumRequired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• State Paramedic License
• State Driver’s License
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
• Driving record in compliance with company policy
• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some work experience, preferable in healthcare
