Lakes Region EMS is an Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance service with both rural and urban service areas just northeast of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. We operate bases in Rush City, North Branch, and Lindstrom, Minnesota, as well as St. Croix Falls and Milltown, Wisconsin. Position Overview
As a Paramedic at Lakes Region EMS, you will play a crucial role in providing prehospital emergency medical care in a variety of settings, including accidents, medical emergencies, and interfacility transfers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, performing advanced procedures, and transporting patients to medical facilities. Paramedics collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and community partners and must demonstrate sound decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to provide compassionate care under pressure.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Current Paramedic certifications including, NREMT- P, MN, and WI. Certifications are not required to apply; however, they are required for the role. If selected for a position, an offer would be contingent on obtaining each certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Valid driver's license
- The ability to pass a pre-employment screening that includes a drug test, health assessment (i.e., health history and physical/lift assessment, background check, including MedEx Complete, and motor vehicle record check
- Experience working in a pre-hospital emergency setting is a plus
