Job summary

Keystone Quality Transport in Delaware is seeking a Paramedic to deliver high-quality patient care in pre-hospital and inter-facility transport settings. You will perform ALS and BLS interventions within your scope of practice.

The role requires current Delaware Paramedic (EMT-P) certification or reciprocity, ALS and related cert cards, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet physical demands. Join a team that values quality care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Delaware Paramedic (EMT-P) certification or reciprocity at hire.
• Current ALS certification.
• Current certification cards for BTLS, PALS, NALS, etc.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check and child abuse clearance.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and professional communication.
• Computer skills for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and charting.
• Ability to meet physical demands: lifting/moving patients (125 lbs unassisted/250+ lbs assisted).

Requirements

• Delaware Paramedic (EMT-P), or ability to get reciprocity upon hire (PA and MD certification a plus, required once hired).
• Current and valid ALS certification.
• Current certification cards for all applicable skill-based levels (BTLS, PALS, NALS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license preferred & EVO.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Background check & child abuse clearance.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and professional communication skills.
• Computer skills required for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and charting.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role: lifting/moving patients (125 lbs unassisted/250+ lbs assisted), including carrying patients up/down stairs, using stretcher, and stair chairs, extended periods of sitting/standing, and frequent movement.
