Job summary

Keystone Quality Transport is hiring EMTs for full- or part-time roles in the Philadelphia area. You will provide non-emergency patient transport with a focus on safety and compassionate care, while upholding KQT's professional standards.

Requirements include state EMT certification, CPR, and a valid driver's license; additional certifications may lead to higher pay. Sign-on bonus offered and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• EMT certification required for PA/MD/DE regions.
• CPR certification required.
• EMSVO and optional BTLS/PALS/NALS credentials considered.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and child abuse clearance are standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional patient care and non-emergency transport.
• Represent KQT with exceptional customer service.
• Work as part of a team to exceed expectations.
• Meet physical demands including lifting and moving patients.
• Maintain timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and charting records.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide safe, professional, and compassionate non-emergency patient care and transport.
• Represent KQT with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Work as part of a team committed to exceeding expectations.
• State (PA,MD, DE) EMT certification (dual certification a plus).
• Valid driver’s license preferred & EMSVO.
• CPR certification.
• Additional certs (BTLS, PALS, NALS, etc.) may qualify for higher pay.
• Background check & child abuse clearance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attendance, punctuality.
• Computer skills required for timekeeping & documentation, and professional communication skills.
• Computer skills required for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and charting.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role: lifting/moving patients (125 lbs unassisted/250+ lbs assisted), including carrying patients up/down stairs, using stretcher, and stair chairs, extended periods of sitting/standing, and frequent movement.
