Job summary

Keystone Quality Transport is seeking a dedicated Paramedic to provide high‑quality patient care in pre‑hospital and inter‑facility transport settings. You will perform ALS and BLS interventions, assess and treat patients, and transport those with a wide range of conditions, delivering compassionate care with professionalism.

The role requires Pennsylvania Paramedic (EMT‑P) certification or reciprocity, current ALS certification, and up‑to‑date skill certifications (BTLS, PALS, NALS).

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Paramedic (EMT‑P) certification or reciprocity upon hire.
• Current and valid ALS certification.
• Current certification cards for skill levels (BTLS, PALS, NALS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license preferred and EMSVO.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check and child abuse clearance.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and professional communication.
• Computer skills for timekeeping, scheduling, communication and charting.
• Ability to meet physical demands: lifting 125 lbs unassisted/250+ lbs assisted; stairs; prolonged movement.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Paramedic (EMT‑P), or ability to get reciprocity upon hire (DE and MD certification a plus).
• Current and valid ALS certification.
• Current certification cards for all applicable skill‑based levels (BTLS, PALS, NALS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license preferred & EMSVO.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Background check & child abuse clearance.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and professional communication skills.
• Computer skills required for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and charting.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role: lifting/moving patients (125 lbs unassisted/250+ lbs assisted), including carrying patients up/down stairs, using stretcher, and stair chairs, extended periods of sitting/standing, and frequent movement.
