Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking a Paramedic to join our onsite medical team. You will deliver basic first aid through life-saving care, respond to emergencies, and provide care in compliance with policies while working in a dynamic mix of clinical and field settings.

Ideal candidates hold an active Paramedic license, current BLS, and at least 2 years in emergency settings with 911 experience; strong communication and independent decision-making are essential for success on

Qualifications

• Active Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years in an emergency setting (ER or 911).
• 911 experience required.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the course of action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment to identify risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.

As a CAREonsite Paramedic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of workers by providing basic first aid through life-saving medical care. This position offers a dynamic mix of clinical and field work, where you may be part of a team or working independently.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts
• Pay Range: $29 - $31

What You'll Do:

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards.
• Stay aware of the constantly changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER department or 911 ambulance service).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
