What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and finalize organizational documents, including powers of attorney and board resolutions
• Manage and update the database of global legal entity corporate documents
• Respond to requests from third parties, including regulatory agencies and auditors
• Support in-house counsel in drafting and formatting contracts and agreements
• Administer execution and delivery of contracts to stakeholders and manage filing structures
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 3+ years of recent corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal team
• Completion of an accredited paralegal program or equivalent training and experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with a pharma, biotech, or contract research organization is a plus
