Qualifications

• 7 years paralegal or supervisory experience with 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a paralegal certificate.
• Preferred: 2–3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Paralegal Work: conduct legal research, draft documents, prepare filings, review documents for protected information, assist on contracting matters.
• Supervision: oversee paralegal team, assign workload, evaluate performance, ensure timely delivery, recruit and mentor staff.
• Leadership: develop efficient processes, train attorneys and staff on paralegal utilization, drive improvements.
