Job summary

Dow is seeking a Paralegal Specialist in Midland, MI to provide paralegal support across a wide range of legal topics (excluding Litigation) as part of the Core Legal Practices Client Services team. You will review requests, draft and redline agreements, and help ensure timely service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of paralegal experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; associate degree with plan to earn Bachelor's within three years or relevant military experience qualifies.
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a professional legal role.
• Demonstrated experience with contract processing, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, redlining, and amending.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

• Review incoming client requests, assess gaps or legal risk, and apply standards to complete requests.
