- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with commitment to earn Bachelor's within 3 years; U.S. E6 or CAN PO2+ military experience acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming client requests for gaps or risks; ask follow-up questions when needed.
- Adhere to standards to drive consistency and improve efficiency; monitor and improve practices.
