Responsibilities

• Investigate and research facts and prepare documents to support the assigned attorney.
• Manage cases accurately and communicate with clients and attorney in a timely manner.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records; assist with insurance coverage investigations.
• Prepare damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
• Draft correspondence and assist with settlement documentation and disbursements.
• Balance verifications and assist with subrogation lien resolution.
• Provide support for team members in the absence of others.
• Meet attendance and performance goals.
