  • Developing and evaluating all evidence, facts and circumstances relating to cases and making determinations or decisions and recommendations as appropriate.

Summary

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, San Diego Field Office, Fines, Penalties, and Forfeitures (FP&F) located in Otay, CA.

Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

Duties

Joining the Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations will allow you to use your expertise to provide legal support of those executing the law enforcement duties at the port level.

This position starts at a salary of $70,507.00 (GS-9, Step 1) to $110,905.00 (GS-11, Step 10) with promotion potential to $132,923 (GS-12 Step 10).
