Croker Huck Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated paralegal to support our Sanitary and Improvement District (SID) and corporate practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

The role involves providing legal and administrative support, assisting with SID formation and governance, and coordinating with municipal advisors and developers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience or relevant education.
• Experience in corporate, real estate, municipal, or public finance law preferred.
• Strong organizational, drafting, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys in SID and corporate matters.
• Assist with SID formation, governance, financing, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and official records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, board members, developers, engineers, accountants, and municipal advisors.
• Support corporate entity formation, filings, and ongoing compliance.
• Maintain corporate records and assist with federal and state filing requirements.
• Manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
