Qualifications

• Paralegal certification from an ABA-certified program with 1 year of paralegal experience.
• Alternatively, a BA/BS in English or journalism with 1 year paralegal experience.
• Or a high school diploma with 5 years of substantive paralegal work.

Responsibilities

• Provide close support to attorneys in administrative and civil litigation.
• Draft notices of hearing, routine pleadings, motions and orders.
• Coordinate and prepare witnesses; perform research; write memoranda.
