Job summary

PopStroke is seeking a highly organized Paralegal to join our Legal team in Dallas, TX. You will support our General Counsel and cross-functional partners across Development, Construction, Facilities, Finance, Operations, HR, and Risk Management.

As the real estate growth continues, you will manage real estate transactions, corporate records, and critical deadlines, staying three steps ahead in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the General Counsel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal or legal support experience.
• Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions and leases.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with real estate transactions from LOI through closing.
• Prepare, review, and organize leases and related agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence and title/survey materials.
• Track dates, deadlines, and obligations across real estate portfolio.
• Maintain organized real estate and development records.
