GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm, has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Paralegal in our Fort Myers office. The role requires 3–5 years of closing experience handling real estate transactions from contract to title policy and supporting multiple attorneys.

The ideal candidate will have strong proofreading, drafting, time management, and communication skills, experience with recording/e-recording in local/state offices, and the ability to work under deadlines

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Paralegal in our Fort Myers office with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a closing agent skilled in real estate transactions, from contract to issuance of a title policy. This full-time, office-based position also requires significant experience providing support to multiple attorneys.

The ideal candidate would also have commercial real estate experience or a willingness to train. The candidate must possess keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills; demonstrated multitasking abilities; strong organizational skills; experience with recording and e-recording in local and state filing offices, as applicable; and the ability to work effectively under deadlines with others. Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are also necessary.
