Job summary

The Florida Bar in Tallahassee is seeking a Paralegal #4351 to support Bar counsel. The role is in-office, with a minimum starting salary of $54,519.76 and a generous benefits package, including an employer paid pension contribution. PSLF eligibility is noted for employees.

Essential duties include pleading preparation, legal research, investigations support, and trial prep. Advanced paralegal credentials or a JD substitute qualify for consideration.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited paralegal/legal course of study (proof required at interview). Juris Doctorate will substitute for this education.
• Four (4) years of paralegal/legal assistant experience or certified as a Florida Registered Paralegal or Certified Legal Assistant or Juris Doctorate.
• Trial/litigation experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
