Job summary

You will draft, review and proofread loan documents, assist with due diligence, organize legal files, and prepare loan closings while maintaining high-volume productivity and precise time tracking for billable work.

Qualifications

• Drafting documents for loans, bond transactions, acquisitions, closings, and due diligence review; support for governmental and private clients.
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents.

• Draft, review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with document review and analysis during the loan process.
• Proficient in title review and public records searches.
• Able to work with a high volume and prioritize tasks and track billable time.

• Well-versed in title review and public records' searches
• Able to work with a high volume and prioritize tasks and track billable time

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent typing and word processing skills; attention to detail for proofreading legal documents
• Proficient in conducting legal research and public records' searches using various resources
• Ability to communicate with clients effectively
• Strong written communication and word-processing skills to draft legal documents; knowledge of law terminology, procedures, and regulations
