Law Tyme, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks an Experienced Paralegal for our Probate, Trusts & Estate Practice to support attorneys and clients. You will draft filings, interact with the court and state agencies, manage client files, and ensure accuracy in documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in Probate, Trust Administration and Estate planning.
• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding client services skills.
• Excellent formatting, proofreading and editing skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents filings upon the Attorney review and approval.
• Work with the Probate Court and Secretary of State and other Administrative entities.
• Handling communication with clients and Attorneys.
• Maintaining and updating client files with records, etc.
• Follow up skills.
• General Paralegal duties within the realm of this position.

Las Vegas based Law Firm has an opening for an Experienced Paralegal to join our Probate, Trusts & Estate Practice team.

Requirements:
