Job summary

Confidential Employer in Las Vegas seeks an experienced attorney specializing in estate planning to join a busy practice that serves families. You will manage a full calendar, advise on wills, trusts, probate and asset protection, and collaborate closely with a support team to move matters efficiently.

You will draft and finalize estate planning documents, assist with probate and trust administration, and build strong client relationships while expanding knowledge of trusts and estates law.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Nevada Bar admission preferred; candidates awaiting Nevada Bar results may be considered.
• Estate planning, probate, trusts or trust administration experience preferred.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume calendar.
• Comfortable working fully on-site in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy calendar of estate planning clients and guide them through important personal and financial planning decisions.
• Counsel clients regarding wills, trusts, estate plans, asset protection strategies, and related matters.
• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents tailored to client needs.
• Assist with probate and trust administration matters based on experience and practice needs.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive communication and practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, law clerks, and support staff to keep matters moving efficiently.
• Take ownership of client matters while continuing to expand your knowledge of trusts and estates law.
