GAY CHACKER & GINSBURG seeks a proactive pre-litigation paralegal to support our attorneys from intake through settlement preparation in Center City, Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience and familiarity with case management systems; knowledge of Needles is a plus.

Responsibilities include managing files, drafting documents, coordinating with clients and insurance adjusters, and assisting with case summaries and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years paralegal experience in pre-litigation or related role.
• Knowledge of Needles case management system is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage pre-litigation case files: track deadlines, maintain organized records, ensure documents are complete and up to date.
• Communicate with clients: provide regular updates, gather information, support clients throughout the case.
• Draft and prepare legal documents: demand letters, medical summaries, correspondence, settlement packages.
• Request and review medical records: organize treatment timelines and identify missing documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters: submit demands, follow up on negotiations, assist attorneys with settlement strategy.
• Support attorneys: prepare case summaries, organize evidence, assist with case evaluations.
• Additional tasks as requested by attorneys or administration.

Center City personal injury law firm is seeking a highly motivated pre litigation paralegal. This candidate will support our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and strong case results. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership of cases from intake through settlement preparation. Key responsibilities are:

• Manage pre‑litigation case files: Track deadlines, maintain organized records, and ensure all documents are complete and up to date.
• Communicate with clients: Provide regular updates, gather information, and help clients feel supported throughout their case.
• Draft and prepare legal documents: Demand letters, medical summaries, correspondence, and settlement packages.
• Request and review medical records: Organize treatment timelines and identify missing documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters: Submit demands, follow up on negotiations, and assist attorneys with settlement strategy.
• Support attorneys: Prepare case summaries, organize evidence, and assist with case evaluations.
• Additional tasks that may be requested by the attorneys and/or administration.

Qualified applicants must have 3 years of experience. Knowledge of the Needles case management system is a plus.
