CoverageX LLC in Newport Beach is seeking an experienced onsite Paralegal to support corporate, litigation, and regulatory matters.

You will coordinate with outside law firms, draft and organize contracts and correspondence, assist with compliance programs, perform legal research, and help maintain accurate case files and deadlines for attorneys and leadership.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office software.

Formación

• Experience supporting corporate, litigation, or regulatory matters.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external counsel and manage multiple matters.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with outside law firms for case management and communication.
• Review, draft, and organize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Assist with compliance matters and telemarketing regulations (TCPA knowledge is a plus, not required).
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, and memoranda for internal teams.
• Maintain and update case files with accuracy and compliance to standards.
• Support attorneys and leadership with workflow, deadlines, and strategic planning.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist in implementing compliance measures.
