Responsibilities

• Serve clients and support the case handling attorney during the Pre-Litigation phase.
• Provide day-to-day office support and maintain organized case files in Litify.
• Coordinate with third parties, medical providers, and vendors as needed.
• Draft and process correspondence and ensure timely task completion.
