Job summary

The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in managing case files and client communications, and ensuring the firm operates efficiently while providing high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Certified paralegal in Maryland.
• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
• Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and case management.
