MedPro Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to analyze and process attorney invoices, assess law firm appeals, and monitor invoice reserves. The role supports the Litigation Management Team and coordinates audits and training on billing practices.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in litigation defense firm or hospital legal/risk management department.
• Familiarity with litigation terms and processes.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Proven experience of efficiency in a remote environment is a plus.

MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $60,000 to $100,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of MedPro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
