Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a seasoned paralegal in our Litigation department in Portland. You will manage large caseloads, assist with discovery, and draft documents for attorney review, with occasional travel to Seattle as projects require.
Required: a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate and at least 7 years of law firm experience in litigation, plus strong knowledge of court rules and e-filing. Proficiency in NetDocs, Relativity, and docketing is preferred.

The position will be resident in the Portland office with the ability to travel to the Seattle office as projects require.

The salary range for this position is from $115,000 to $125,000, which reflects the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
