• Provide 100% legal support to the legal department.
• Research statutes, legal articles, cases, constitutions and codes.
• Investigate facts and law to prepare case materials.
• Prepare legal documents for corporate counsel.
• Interact with management for legal requests and support.
• Maintain and monitor case files; document client communications.
• Provide general clerical support as needed.
